These terms govern your use of our service and any orders you place with us.

1. About us
Mole Valley Mornings is a fresh produce doorstep delivery service operated as a sole trader business based in Ashtead, Surrey. We deliver fresh fruit, vegetables, milk, eggs, bread and morning essentials to residential addresses across five Surrey postcodes.

2. Accepting these terms
By placing an order with Mole Valley Mornings — whether through our website at molevalleymornings.co.uk, by WhatsApp, by Google Form or by any other means we may offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order with us.
These terms apply to all orders placed by individuals for personal or household use. We do not currently accept orders from businesses for resale purposes.
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order with us.

3. Our service
Mole Valley Mornings provides a doorstep delivery service for fresh fruit, vegetables and morning essentials. We source products from trusted wholesale suppliers and third-party branded manufacturers. We do not grow or produce any items ourselves and do not source direct from farms or growers.
We deliver seven days a week, including weekends, to residential addresses within our stated delivery areas. We aim to place all deliveries on the doorstep before 7:00am on the morning following the order, subject to the order being placed before the 10:00pm cutoff.
We reserve the right to amend our product range, delivery areas and service terms at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

4. How to order
Orders can be placed through any of the following channels:

- Our Google Order Form (link available on the website)
When placing an order, you must provide:
- Your full name
- Your complete delivery address including postcode
- A valid mobile telephone number
- The items you wish to order
Orders placed through our website are processed via Shopify's secure payment platform. Orders placed via WhatsApp or Google Form require payment to be arranged separately — we will confirm payment details by WhatsApp after receiving your order.
Order confirmation: We will send a WhatsApp confirmation message once your order is received and accepted. Your order is not confirmed until you have received this message from us. If you do not receive confirmation within one hour of placing your order (and before the 10pm cutoff), please contact us directly.

5. Order cutoffs and delivery times
Orders must be placed and confirmed before 10:00pm each evening for delivery the following morning. We are unable to process or fulfil orders received after this time for next-morning delivery. Orders received after 10:00pm will be processed for the subsequent morning's delivery unless you instruct us otherwise.
Delivery time
We aim to deliver all orders to your doorstep before 7:00am on the morning following your order. Delivery generally takes place between 5:00am and 7:00am. Exact delivery times within this window cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on route and order volume.
Delivery method
We deliver silently to your doorstep without knocking or ringing. Your order will be placed in a safe spot at your front door. We will send a WhatsApp notification to your registered mobile number once the delivery has been made.
If your property has specific access requirements such as a gate code or preferred safe place, please include this information when placing your order. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate these instructions but cannot be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccessible premises not notified to us in advance.
Adverse weather and exceptional circumstances
In exceptional circumstances including severe adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, illness or other events beyond our reasonable control, delivery may be delayed or unavailable. We will contact you as early as possible in such circumstances and issue a full refund for any order we are unable to fulfil.

6. Prices and payment
Pricing
All prices shown on our website and order materials are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Fresh fruit and vegetables are zero-rated for VAT purposes under current UK tax legislation. Standard-rated VAT applies to some other products we sell.
Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (through our website checkout powered by Shopify Payments)
- Bank transfer (for WhatsApp and Google Form orders — details provided on request)
- PayPal (link provided on request)
- Cash — left with the delivery in a sealed envelope
Payment timing
Website orders are charged at the time of checkout. Orders placed via WhatsApp or Google Form require payment prior to or at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to customers with outstanding unpaid balances.
Subscription discount
Customers who subscribe to a weekly recurring order via our website may be eligible for a 10% discount as advertised. Subscription discounts apply to the recurring order only and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the subscription discount at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Changes and cancellations
Changing your order
You may change any order up until the 10:00pm cutoff on the night before delivery. Changes must be communicated to us by WhatsApp or email before this time. We are unable to accept changes after the cutoff as your order will have already entered the packing process.
If you need to change your order after the 10:00pm cutoff, please contact us immediately and we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made at that stage.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order before the 10:00pm cutoff without charge. Cancellations must be communicated to us by WhatsApp or email.
You may not cancel an order after the 10:00pm cutoff. This is because our products are fresh perishable goods that cannot be returned and are prepared specifically for your order. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to a 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which includes fresh fruit, vegetables and other perishable items we sell.
If you wish to stop receiving regular orders, please let us know by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

8. Delivery policy
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to residential addresses within the following postcode areas only:
- Ashtead — KT21
- Leatherhead — KT22
- Fetcham — KT22
- Great Bookham and Little Bookham — KT23
- Effingham — KT24
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific address, please contact us before placing an order. We cannot refund orders placed for addresses outside our delivery area.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders regardless of order value. There are no hidden delivery charges.
Failed deliveries
If we are unable to locate your address or access your property at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you by WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you, we will use our reasonable judgement to leave your order in a safe location near your property. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are damaged, stolen or deteriorate after being left in a location we deemed safe.
Delivery packaging
Orders are packed in plastic bags and/or trays. Packaging is single-use. We do not offer a packaging return or collection service at this time.

9. Product information and allergens
Sourcing
We source all products from trusted wholesale suppliers and reputable third-party branded manufacturers. We do not produce, grow or process any food items ourselves. Product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are for guidance only. The actual products delivered may vary in appearance, size, variety and packaging from those shown or described, in particular for seasonal fresh produce.
Product quality
We aim to deliver Class 1 or Class 2 fresh produce that meets or exceeds supermarket quality standards. All fresh produce is sourced the same day as delivery and packed overnight. We do not sell produce that is past its use-by or best-before date.
Allergen information — Important
Important allergen notice: Some products we sell contain or may have been exposed to one or more of the 14 major allergens listed below. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read this section carefully before placing an order. If in any doubt, do not order the item in question and contact us for further information.
Under the Food Information for Consumers Regulations 2014 (UK), we are required to inform customers about the presence of the following 14 allergens in the food products we sell:

Cross-contamination warning
Our products are sourced from wholesale suppliers who may handle multiple allergens across their facilities. Products are packed by us overnight and may be handled alongside other products. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contamination.
If you have a severe food allergy, please consult the product packaging and the manufacturer's allergen information directly before consuming any product. Do not rely solely on the information provided on this website.
Branded product information
For full allergen, nutritional and ingredient information on branded products (Cravendale, Warburtons, Hovis, Happy Egg, Yeo Valley, Lurpak, Innocent, Bonne Maman, Yorkshire Tea, Oatly, Alpro, Nescafé), please refer to the product packaging delivered to you or visit the manufacturer's official website.
Changes to product range
Our product range may change at any time without notice, depending on availability from our suppliers. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by WhatsApp to offer a suitable alternative or a refund for that item.

10. Refunds and complaints
Our quality guarantee
We are committed to delivering fresh, quality produce. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your delivery does not meet these standards, we will put it right.
What we will resolve
Contact us immediately by WhatsApp (07721 208481) or email (hello@molevalleymornings.co.uk) if:
- Items are missing from your delivery
- Items are damaged, mouldy or clearly not of satisfactory quality on arrival
- You received the wrong items
- Your delivery did not arrive by 7:00am (without prior notice from us)
In any of these cases, we will offer a replacement on your next delivery, a credit to your account, or a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Reporting timeframes
Please report any issue on the day of delivery. Fresh produce deteriorates rapidly after delivery. We cannot accept reports of quality issues made more than 24 hours after the time of delivery unless the item was a non-perishable product.
Refund process
Refunds for online orders will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten working days. Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer or cash will be issued as a credit on your next order unless you prefer a bank transfer refund, which we will arrange within five working days.
What we will not refund
We will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- You ordered items in error and notify us after the 10pm cutoff
- You dislike the taste, variety or appearance of fresh produce that is otherwise of satisfactory quality
- Natural variations in size, colour or shape of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Produce that has deteriorated due to improper storage after delivery
- Failure to place your delivery in a secure location where it was left by us in good faith
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, please put your complaint in writing to hello@molevalleymornings.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt within two working days and aim to resolve all complaints within seven working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.

11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way that would be unlawful under UK law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any breach of your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude liability
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of our service.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure our products are safe, fresh and accurately described. However, we are not liable for adverse reactions to food products where the relevant allergen information was available to you on the product packaging and you failed to check it before consuming the product.

12. Your responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery information including your full address and a working mobile number
- Ensure that your delivery location is safe and accessible
- Notify us of any access codes, locked gates or specific delivery instructions before your order cutoff
- Pay for your order promptly in accordance with the agreed payment method
- Not misuse our ordering system or provide false information
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect when communicating with us
If you provide incorrect delivery information that results in a failed or misdelivered order, we may not be able to offer a refund for that order.

13. Intellectual property
All content on the Mole Valley Mornings website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand names and the site design, is the property of Mole Valley Mornings or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

14. Governing law and changes to these terms
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify existing customers of any material changes by email or WhatsApp message at least seven days before those changes take effect. Your continued use of our service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The most current version of these terms will always be available on our website at molevalleymornings.co.uk/policies/terms-of-service.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mole Valley Mornings with respect to the use of our service and supersede all previous agreements, representations and understandings.
