Sunshine Sweet and Packed with Vitamin C — At Your Surrey Doorstep Before 7am

About This Product

Yellow peppers are the sweetest of all the pepper family. Left on the plant longest to fully ripen, they develop a naturally mellow, fruity sweetness that makes them delicious eaten raw, roasted, stuffed or stir-fried. Bright in colour, thick in flesh and incredibly versatile — a yellow pepper on the counter makes any kitchen feel more alive.

Each pepper is selected for depth of colour, firmness and condition before packing. A good yellow pepper should be glossy, completely firm, evenly coloured and feel solid and heavy. Anything soft, wrinkled or unevenly coloured is rejected.

Delivered fresh across Ashtead, Leatherhead, Fetcham, Bookham and Effingham before 7am.

Did You Know?

All peppers begin life as green. Yellow peppers are left on the plant longer than green peppers, allowing the chlorophyll to break down and the yellow pigments to fully develop. This extra ripening time increases both the natural sweetness and the Vitamin C content significantly — making yellow peppers measurably more nutritious than green ones.
